Do I need to invest capital or pay a deposit?
No. You don’t need to invest in stock or pay any deposit at all. Your role is simply to receive, temporarily store, and hand off parcels. WINGO also gives you a free starter kit: signage, digital scale, packing tape, and 100 flyers.
How is commission calculated?
Commission is calculated based on the chargeable weight of each waybill: from 100,000₫/Bill (under 10kg) up to 2,000₫/kg (501kg and above). At month-end, a progressive sales bonus of +500₫ to +1,500₫/kg is also added, depending on your total volume.
What does “Chargeable Weight” mean?
Per international air freight standards (IATA), the system takes the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight = (Length × Width × Height cm) / 5000. For example, a box that weighs 15kg but converts to 24kg volumetrically will be charged based on 24kg.
If a customer is far away, will I get pickup support?
Yes. WINGO provides Pick-up cost support based on distance: from 100,000₫ (under 3km) up to 500,000₫ (11–20km), depending on the Bill’s weight requirements. Distance is calculated automatically via the shortest Google Maps route.
What equipment do I need to prepare?
At minimum, a smartphone with an internet connection and about 10-20 m² of dry space to store parcels. A digital scale is already included in WINGO’s free starter kit.
